Fees and Booking

- Initial Telephone call (15min): Free

 

- Online consultation via video-call (50-60 min): £85

 

- Clinic consultation at the Craven Clinic, Skipton: £95

- Discounted consultation (NHS staff, students, low income): Clinic - £80; Online - £70

Sessions are paid for in advance of our meeting.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice then you must still pay for your session in full.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are charged at 50% of the fee.

Starting therapy sessions is an investment into your health and wellbeing and you are in charge of how you do this. You will never be tied into any contract and can choose when to start or end therapy.

The evidence for improving Anxiety and Mood difficulties lies between 6-20 sessions, and weekly sessions are the norm, but can also be further spaced towards the end of treatment.
